IHCS values the high-quality clinical services provided to our patients by our contracted and affiliated providers. IHCS is committed to ensuring adequate access to care in the markets we serve. We invite Home Health, Durable Medical Equipment and Home Infusion providers to complete the credentialing application available below.
PATIENT RESOURCES
All home health visits are reviewed and managed by the IHCS intake care coordination team, in collaboration with the referring provider, to ensure the level of service requested is clinically appropriate while following the latest care standards and guidelines.
