Are you interested in using the MedTrac portal?

Once a provider is loaded in MedTrac, a member of the IHCS Provider Relations Team will contact the designated Portal Admin with their credentials, temporary password, and a link to schedule MedTrac Portal Training. The Portal Admin will have 24 hours to log in to the portal before the account becomes inactive.

  • Provider will need to designate two individuals to serve as Portal Admin per Tax ID
  • Portal Admin will be able to assign new access to users, edit and revoke access, as needed.
