Chris brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to IHCS, with a proven track record of delivering better outcomes for patients, providers, and health plans, as well as accelerated business results. Prior to joining IHCS as CEO, he served in executive leadership roles at leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and specialty pharmacies, as well as advised innovative healthcare organizations. As Senior Vice President of CVS Health, Chris was responsible for Aetna’s Commercial Solutions and Enablement, and was head of Aetna’s multi-billion dollar portfolio of Specialty Businesses. In addition, he served as President of Aetna’s North Atlantic Territory (New York/New Jersey, New England, Keystone and Capital markets) including Commercial and Medicare. Prior to that, Chris was President of Cigna’s PBM and Specialty Pharmacy businesses. Before joining Cigna, Chris worked at Medco in many leadership capacities, including Vice President of Personal Health Solutions, as well as roles in Provider Relations and Business Development. He also advised financial services and healthcare companies at A.T. Kearney. He has served on the Specialty Pharmaceutical Care Management Board, and advisory board of CareAllies, Inc. Chris has an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and B.S. degrees in finance and international marketing from Georgetown University

Linda serves as the Chief Operating Officer for IHCS. Linda is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, ensuring that all systems, resources, regulatory and compliance and people are in place and functioning to achieve the company’s strategic objectives. Linda also has an integral part of managing and maintaining active partnerships with health plans and network providers to ensure the delivery of high value care to patients.
Prior to joining IHCS Linda held key leadership positions at several leading health maintenance organizations. Linda’s extensive experience in strategic planning, healthcare management, and operations has enabled the organization’s extensive growth over the last four years. Linda brings strong knowledge of physician and facility contracting (hospital, SNF, ASC and Sub-Acute Care) and relationship management which she has leveraged to develop key industry stakeholders and participants which have been critical to the Company’s success.

Linda received a B.S. in Health Care Administration and B.A. from St. Johns University in New York.

Dr. Nimmagadda serves as the Chief Medical Officer of IHCS. She is responsible for overseeing clinical and medical management across the organization.
With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, as both a practicing internal medicine and infectious diseases physician and a healthcare executive, Ajani has a strong foundation in driving clinical outcomes, quality of care, and healthcare affordability. Her expertise across the healthcare ecosystem—with patients, providers, and health plans—is instrumental to helping IHCS fulfill its mission of helping all stakeholders achieve their home care goals.
Prior to joining IHCS, Ajani held various leadership positions at Cigna Healthcare, where she managed comprehensive medical and pharmacy utilization programs and specialized drug clinical programs, including gene therapies.
Ajani earned her medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India and completed her fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases.

Paul Pino is the Chief Growth & Data Analytics Officer & Co-Founder of IHCS. He is responsible for driving the organization’s corporate and business development, data & analytics, contract negotiations and legal operations.
Prior to joining IHCS Paul was the co-founder and CEO of Palm Medical (Palm), one of the largest risk-based MSO’s and primary care medical center businesses in Florida. Prior to founding Palm, Paul was formerly a shareholder and Executive Vice President of Finance for All-Med Services of Florida, Inc. (AMS) and Clinical Medical Services, Inc. (CMS), two industry leading, risk-based, post-acute service providers. Upon the sale of AMS, Paul became the interim Chief Financial Officer for AMS’ expanded national healthcare platform.

Paul’s expertise includes national healthcare underwriting, healthcare analytics, M&A, business development, de-novo operations and contract negotiations.

Paul received his B.S. in Finance from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Ashish V. Shah is the Chief Product and Technology Officer for Integrated Home Care Services (Integrated). He is responsible for the company's product strategy, technology platform, and data capabilities, expanding how health plans and risk-bearing organizations deliver care in the home. Ashish brings deep experience at the intersection of clinical interoperability, payer strategy, and care delivery transformation, with a focus on pragmatic execution, including the deployment of digital workforces and AI-enabled operations to improve outcomes and performance at scale.

Ashish joined Integrated through its acquisition of Dina in May 2026, where he served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He built Dina into an AI-enabled care coordination platform now foundational to Integrated's technology strategy, and continues to lead its evolution as part of Integrated's broader product and technology organization.

Before founding Dina, Ashish served as Chief Technology Officer at Medicity, where he helped build the company into the market leader in Health Information Exchange, supporting connectivity for approximately 1,300 hospitals, every major reference laboratory, and thousands of ambulatory care providers nationwide.

Earlier in his career, Ashish was a trusted advisor and technology architect at Diamond Technology Partners (now part of PwC), where he partnered with Fortune 500 healthcare organizations including Aetna, Cigna, and LabCorp to modernize enterprise systems and advance large-scale digital initiatives. His broader experience also includes product and technology roles at Microsoft, Boeing, and an early Internet startup acquired by CNET.com.

Ashish earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and completed executive education in product development and innovation at Northwestern University and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Phil Goldenberg is the Chief Information Officer for IHCS. Phil has overall responsibility for the company’s development of strategic IT initiatives, IT infrastructure, business systems and support, and IT security for all IHCS business units.
Phil joined IHCS from BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy where he led all aspects of IT. In his role, he was instrumental in defining and leading the implementation of a cloud based common operating platform to support and facilitate acquisition growth. Prior to BioMatrix, Phil was CIO for United States Medical Supply where he defined and implemented innovative solutions to drive IT maturity, operational efficiencies, and cost savings.

Earlier in his career, Phil held IT management and executive roles in application development, reporting and analytics, quality assurance, and IT for leading global companies. While at these companies, Phil built and empowered IT teams and utilized governance controls and methodologies to transform IT processes and systems in support of achieving the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Phil received his B.S. in Information Systems with a minor in Accounting from Pace University.

Don Klink, MBA, CPA, CGMA, Chief Financial Officer of IHCS, who brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries, including over a decade’s worth of healthcare services experience. As CFO, Don’s most recent health care business experience was in hospice, home health and dental services. He has also served on the Illinois CPA Society Ethics Committee which ensures that licensed CPAs follow required audit and ethics rules. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), holds his MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and obtained his BS in Accounting from Bradley University. Don currently volunteers as Vice President of the Hinsdale Police Pension Board, where he has served for over 20 years.

Josh Holmes serves as SVP of Business Development for IHCS. He is responsible for growing the company and supporting marketing initiatives that build upon its strengths and reputation delivering high-quality durable medical equipment, home infusion, and home health services. In this role he integrates his passion for increasing value and improving outcomes in home care with his history of driving growth within the relationships he develops.

Josh brings several decades of experience in large and early-stage HIT companies with a focus on payer and provider solutions. He excels at driving efficiencies across the spectrum of care, firmly believing that collaboration on appropriate healthcare spending brings the greatest value for all parties.

Prior to his position at IHCS, Josh served in leadership and management positions at Leverage Health, RowdMap, NaviNet, Thomson Reuters, MedAvant, and WebMD.

Ross Lipenta serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Integrated Home Care Services (Integrated). He leads the engineering organization behind the company’s home health, personal care, LTSS, DME, home infusion, and private duty nursing programs, helping health plans and risk-bearing organizations unlock the full potential of care in the home across Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Commercial, and ACA populations.

Ross joined Integrated through its acquisition of Dina in May 2026. As Senior Vice President and Head of Technology at Dina, he led the team that built the company’s AI-enabled care coordination and referral management platform, which Integrated acquired to accelerate its technology strategy. Pairing that technology with Integrated’s three decades of in-home benefit management expertise has created a category-defining platform for care in the home.

Over more than 20 years, Ross has led organizations spanning product management, software engineering, platform engineering, security and compliance, implementation, customer support, and internal IT. His work includes achieving HITRUST r2 certification and building healthcare interoperability at scale against Epic, Cerner, and the HIE ecosystem.

Juan is Senior Vice President of Technology responsible for executive ownership of the core business systems portfolio at Integrated Home Care Services (Integrated).

With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Juan has leveraged his operational experience combined with his passion for IT to execute on the company’s strategic vision.

During his tenure with the company, he has led the IT team to create a fully integrated, state of the art systems infrastructure in both Puerto Rico and Florida. He is the architect behind the company’s proprietary system MedTrac, a multi-faceted electronic tracking system. Juan has also been instrumental in developing and implementing technological and procedural components that have led to improved processes and made IHCS a leader in the industry.

Juan’s career began as a DME Homecare Technician and has expanded his skillset and expertise working in multiple departments and management positions before taking executive level responsibility of the company’s growing IT infrastructure. This experience is key to the development of the current-day platform.

Travis is Senior Vice President of Product, responsible for executive ownership of the product strategy and product marketing at Integrated Home Care Services (Integrated).

With more than a decade of experience spanning health IT, product strategy, platform delivery, and customer success, Travis has combined deep operational grounding with a product-first mindset to advance the company’s vision.

During his tenure at Dina, now part of Integrated, he held roles across customer success and product. His work has focused on giving health plans and providers the tools to engage complex provider networks, reduce administrative spend, improve access to care, and ensure patients have a world-class experience.

Travis’s career began at IBM in product marketing before joining Epic to help drive technology adoption across the healthcare ecosystem. This grounding in technology and healthcare is central to shaping the product platform Integrated relies on today.

Martha Boggs serves as Vice President of Platform Operations for Integrated Home Care Services (Integrated), where she leads platform delivery and operations focused on translating technology into scalable, effective solutions for customers and care delivery partners.

Martha joined Integrated through its acquisition of Dina in May 2026. She spent eight years building her career at Dina, joining as a Project Manager in 2018 and advancing through leadership roles in Customer Operations and Customer Success before being named Vice President of Operations in 2023. In that role, Martha oversaw implementation, customer support, network operations, and both customer and internal operations, leading the teams responsible for successfully launching and supporting Dina technology platform.

In her current role as Vice President of Platform Operations, Martha focuses on the successful delivery and operationalization of Integrated’s technology platform. She works cross-functionally across product, technology, operations, and customer teams to translate customer and business needs into scalable workflows, drive successful platform implementations and adoption, and ensure technology delivers meaningful operational value.

Martha holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa. Before joining Dina, she built her foundation in healthcare operations through roles at Sinai Health System and the Blue Zones Project.

Gladiris serves as the Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President for IHCS. An attorney certified in healthcare compliance, Gladiris brings two decades of experience in compliance to IHCS. Prior to joining IHCS, she held leadership positions at Abarca Health and the Pharmacy Insurance Corporation of America. Additionally, she served as a Regulatory Advisor for Catalyst Rx, LLC (formerly Catamaran, now United Healthcare Group) and was part of the Medicare Part D Compliance and Pharmacy Operations teams at MCS Advantage, Inc.

In addition to her extensive background in healthcare compliance, Gladiris has legal experience in consumer bankruptcy and has litigated civil cases in Puerto Rico’s courts as a private practitioner, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico on a pro bono basis.

Gladiris earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Management from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. She is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

Barbara Ruiz is the Vice President of Human Resources and oversees the company’s Human Capital Management. Ms. Ruiz possess over 15 years of professional human resources experience in the areas of workforce management, workforce optimization and workforce acquisition.

Prior to joining Integrated Home Care Services, she has held various leadership roles supporting organizations and senior management in the areas of talent acquisition/retention, compensation, performance management, health/welfare benefits, training/development, employee relations, acquisitions/mergers and employee communications throughout the U.S.

Barbara holds a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources. In 2009, she was garnered recognition by the South Florida Business Journal for Excellence in Human Resources.

Susan serves as the Vice President, Network Development for IHCS. Susan is responsible for the leadership, and development of the provider network in support of IHCS ongoing growth and expansion including network composition and pricing. She also leads provider engagement activities within and across markets enhancing provider communication and training.

Prior to joining IHCS, Susan has held contracting and network development leadership positions at Providence a large integrated health system and several national health plans to include Aetna, Centene, CIGNA and Health Net, C. Susan has extensive experience leading payor and provider contracting organizations to include Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Exchange, Public Option and associated Value Based Agreements to support the aforementioned products.

Susan received a B.S. in Management degree from Pepperdine University and she also attended the MBA in Health Services Management Program at the University of Dallas.

Jorge brings 30 years of experience in operations leadership and decision making to IHCS. Jorge was appointed as Chairman after serving as CEO for seven years, during which he was responsible for the integration of the legacy companies that form the underpinning of IHCS’ success. In his role, Jorge positively impacted the legacy companies inclusive of All-Med Services of Florida, Clinical Medical Services, Inc. (Puerto Rico) and VNMCC. At VNMCC, he was the co-owner and founder, representing a network of over 250 certified and accredited home health agencies including the proprietary entity Southeast Home Care Corporation.

Jorge’s vision has included program innovations and expansion into new service offerings such as Orthotics and Prosthetics in the Puerto Rican market and proprietary expansion in the State of Florida. He has also led the programmatic changes specific to funding strategies and budgets for larger scale operations to shape the company for entry into new markets resulting in exponential growth.

His dedicated service and experience in the healthcare industry has been instrumental in developing him into a leader who shapes the current vision of how home care can change lives and impact economies. Jorge’s influence on productivity and cross-functional team motivation has translated into bottom-line growth and stability, the core foundation blocks of Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. Jorge holds an MBA from the University of Miami, in Health Care Administration.
