Prior to joining IHCS Linda held key leadership positions at several leading health maintenance organizations. Linda’s extensive experience in strategic planning, healthcare management, and operations has enabled the organization’s extensive growth over the last four years. Linda brings strong knowledge of physician and facility contracting (hospital, SNF, ASC and Sub-Acute Care) and relationship management which she has leveraged to develop key industry stakeholders and participants which have been critical to the Company’s success.
Linda received a B.S. in Health Care Administration and B.A. from St. Johns University in New York.
With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, as both a practicing internal medicine and infectious diseases physician and a healthcare executive, Ajani has a strong foundation in driving clinical outcomes, quality of care, and healthcare affordability. Her expertise across the healthcare ecosystem—with patients, providers, and health plans—is instrumental to helping IHCS fulfill its mission of helping all stakeholders achieve their home care goals.
Prior to joining IHCS, Ajani held various leadership positions at Cigna Healthcare, where she managed comprehensive medical and pharmacy utilization programs and specialized drug clinical programs, including gene therapies.
Ajani earned her medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India and completed her fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases.
Prior to joining IHCS Paul was the co-founder and CEO of Palm Medical (Palm), one of the largest risk-based MSO’s and primary care medical center businesses in Florida. Prior to founding Palm, Paul was formerly a shareholder and Executive Vice President of Finance for All-Med Services of Florida, Inc. (AMS) and Clinical Medical Services, Inc. (CMS), two industry leading, risk-based, post-acute service providers. Upon the sale of AMS, Paul became the interim Chief Financial Officer for AMS’ expanded national healthcare platform.
Paul’s expertise includes national healthcare underwriting, healthcare analytics, M&A, business development, de-novo operations and contract negotiations.
Paul received his B.S. in Finance from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.
Phil joined IHCS from BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy where he led all aspects of IT. In his role, he was instrumental in defining and leading the implementation of a cloud based common operating platform to support and facilitate acquisition growth. Prior to BioMatrix, Phil was CIO for United States Medical Supply where he defined and implemented innovative solutions to drive IT maturity, operational efficiencies, and cost savings.
Earlier in his career, Phil held IT management and executive roles in application development, reporting and analytics, quality assurance, and IT for leading global companies. While at these companies, Phil built and empowered IT teams and utilized governance controls and methodologies to transform IT processes and systems in support of achieving the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
Phil received his B.S. in Information Systems with a minor in Accounting from Pace University.
Josh Holmes serves as SVP of Business Development for IHCS. He is responsible for growing the company and supporting marketing initiatives that build upon its strengths and reputation delivering high-quality durable medical equipment, home infusion, and home health services. In this role he integrates his passion for increasing value and improving outcomes in home care with his history of driving growth within the relationships he develops.
Josh brings several decades of experience in large and early-stage HIT companies with a focus on payer and provider solutions. He excels at driving efficiencies across the spectrum of care, firmly believing that collaboration on appropriate healthcare spending brings the greatest value for all parties.
Prior to his position at IHCS, Josh served in leadership and management positions at Leverage Health, RowdMap, NaviNet, Thomson Reuters, MedAvant, and WebMD.
Gladiris serves as the Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President for IHCS. An attorney certified in healthcare compliance, Gladiris brings two decades of experience in compliance to IHCS. Prior to joining IHCS, she held leadership positions at Abarca Health and the Pharmacy Insurance Corporation of America. Additionally, she served as a Regulatory Advisor for Catalyst Rx, LLC (formerly Catamaran, now United Healthcare Group) and was part of the Medicare Part D Compliance and Pharmacy Operations teams at MCS Advantage, Inc.
In addition to her extensive background in healthcare compliance, Gladiris has legal experience in consumer bankruptcy and has litigated civil cases in Puerto Rico’s courts as a private practitioner, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico on a pro bono basis.
Gladiris earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Management from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. She is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
Barbara Ruiz is the Vice President of Human Resources and oversees the company’s Human Capital Management. Ms. Ruiz possess over 15 years of professional human resources experience in the areas of workforce management, workforce optimization and workforce acquisition.
Prior to joining Integrated Home Care Services, she has held various leadership roles supporting organizations and senior management in the areas of talent acquisition/retention, compensation, performance management, health/welfare benefits, training/development, employee relations, acquisitions/mergers and employee communications throughout the U.S.
Barbara holds a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources. In 2009, she was garnered recognition by the South Florida Business Journal for Excellence in Human Resources.
As the VP of Pharmacy Services, Kevin is responsible for the, operational management, licensing, and quality improvement of Pharmacy Services as well as pharmacy compliance with state, federal and accrediting organizations.
Kevin joined IHCS in 2020, bringing over 25 years’ experience in Specialty and Infusion Pharmacy, operations management, strategic planning, and analytical problem solving..
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Saint John’s University in Queens, New York. He is a registered pharmacist in New York and Florida and a Registered Consultant Pharmacist in Florida.
Susan serves as the Vice President, Network Development for IHCS. Susan is responsible for the leadership, and development of the provider network in support of IHCS ongoing growth and expansion including network composition and pricing. She also leads provider engagement activities within and across markets enhancing provider communication and training.
Prior to joining IHCS, Susan has held contracting and network development leadership positions at Providence a large integrated health system and several national health plans to include Aetna, Centene, CIGNA and Health Net, C. Susan has extensive experience leading payor and provider contracting organizations to include Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Exchange, Public Option and associated Value Based Agreements to support the aforementioned products.
Susan received a B.S. in Management degree from Pepperdine University and she also attended the MBA in Health Services Management Program at the University of Dallas.
Jorge brings 30 years of experience in operations leadership and decision making to IHCS. Jorge was appointed as Chairman after serving as CEO for seven years, during which he was responsible for the integration of the legacy companies that form the underpinning of IHCS’ success. In his role, Jorge positively impacted the legacy companies inclusive of All-Med Services of Florida, Clinical Medical Services, Inc. (Puerto Rico) and VNMCC. At VNMCC, he was the co-owner and founder, representing a network of over 250 certified and accredited home health agencies including the proprietary entity Southeast Home Care Corporation.
Jorge’s vision has included program innovations and expansion into new service offerings such as Orthotics and Prosthetics in the Puerto Rican market and proprietary expansion in the State of Florida. He has also led the programmatic changes specific to funding strategies and budgets for larger scale operations to shape the company for entry into new markets resulting in exponential growth.
His dedicated service and experience in the healthcare industry has been instrumental in developing him into a leader who shapes the current vision of how home care can change lives and impact economies. Jorge’s influence on productivity and cross-functional team motivation has translated into bottom-line growth and stability, the core foundation blocks of Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. Jorge holds an MBA from the University of Miami, in Health Care Administration.
